The room had a nice view, but the shower was a total mess.

We stayed for a night. The room was a bit dated and only had one bathroom for five of us, which was a hassle. But the staff was friendly, and we enjoyed breakfast together!

If you're a foodie, you've gotta try the gyu-don dishes nearby—absolutely banging! my room was super spacious, and the comfortable bed had me snoozing like a champ. Shoutout to the staff for sorting us out with an upgrade when our room wasn't ready.

Now, on the flip side, the place is looking a bit tired. The kitchen bin was full of prawn shells from the last guest, and it took ages to get some towels sorted. Feels like they need more hands on deck, but the charm still shines through!

I experienced significant issues upon check-in, as I was shifted to a downgraded room without prior notification. The new room was not only smaller but also failed to meet our basic expectations of cleanliness and maintenance. this stay has been overshadowed by the lack of proper communication and the unpleasant surprises encountered.

Had a fab time chilling on the balcony with a stunning view of the skyline. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to catch some z's. The staff were super friendly and even helped me with my late check-out. One tiny bummer was that the restaurant had limited options for dinner, but all in all, it was a fun stay!

The remodeled hotel offered beautiful facilities, and the friendly staff graciously stored my luggage while I awaited my flight. Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping my Executive King Room tidy every day, although the hotel still has room for improvement in some areas.

The rooms are quite spacious, and the bed offered a heavenly night's sleep with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. The location is a short walk to the North Sydney train station, granting easy access to attractions across the Harbour. The breakfast options were varied and included premium Italian espresso coffee, making mornings more enjoyable.
